If somebody has an account, came to the site, but for some reason wasn't logged in automatically (i. e. cookies purge), rated something on the page and then noticed the fact of not being logged in. After the login, the temporary account ratings should merge with the ones already existing on the account (prefferably choosing the newest)

Find a way to implement decimal ratings without sacrificing the simplicity of the current rating system.

Implement lazy user signup.

A simple light weight browser plugin to give the user the ability to submit links simply by right clicking the link, clicking on "Submit to Archfinch" (or something similar), and giving it a Title before it submits.

It may happen that objects might still linger in cache but are deleted.

All users (that includes anonymous users) can tweet links they like instantly by clicking a "Retweet" button or something similar.

Either in App form or you could create a very light weight version of Archfinch for mobile browsers. Might be relatively easy to do since the design is simplistic and light weight as of right now. You could just remove the sidebar all together from the mobile version and squeeze everything else in the center.

E.g. Pokemon Red and Pokemon Diamond would be under 'Pokemon'.

We can distinguish users by the country they are from to bring them more specific link entries or as a way to categorize them.

Provide statistics for the load time for pages and server load somewhere near the bottom of the page. Don't know if this would be useful for the end user, but might be useful for server admins.

Since the summary section is open to anyone to edit (like a wiki entry), any user should have the ability to view the edit history of an entry and have the option to revert to a previous edit if necessary.

Add music, tv show episodes, people.

For links that are submitted, it would be convenient for the user if Archfinch periodically checked links to make sure they are working. After certain length of time, Archfinch can automatically purge for dead links. If Archfinch finds a entry with a dead link, the website can report to the user that the link is dead without the user having to check themselves.

Registered users should have the ability to edit comments, titles, and urls that they submit to the website.

If someone posts a link to a website, have Archfinch generate a graphic snapshot of the page before the person clicks on a link. If it's a link to a image, generate a thumbnail for the user first before clicking on the link. If the link is a .txt document, capture certain lines (or the entire document if the txt file is large enough) and use it for a summary.

Add the ability to change the language of the site. This shouldn't have any effect on the link entries that are presented. This is just translating the main features offered by the site to a different langauge.
