Packaging
Package as a proper pip installable package.
Option to specify file[s] and filetype[s]
Right now it defaults to *.nii.gz files only.
Add tests
Issues while installing
i followed the instructions and got this:

Generating some large files..

dd: bs: illegal numeric value
make: *** [test] Error 1
Maybe related to the fact that i'm using conda's python by default?
