This line will make the nv_sample_val to be [[1,1,1,1,1...,1],[0,0,0,0,0...0],[0,0,0,0,0...0]...[0,0,0,0,0...0]]
but not [[1,0,0,0,0...,0],[1,0,0,0,0...0],[1,0,0,0,0...0]...[1,0,0,0,0...0]].
possible correction: nv_sample_val[:, c] = 1.

The sign of nv_entropy has been changed in line 106, but it is changed again by being put into the parentheses in line 110.

I started to get some meaningful images other than fully white pictures after I rolled-back the change that you made in commit 329c2a6.
