Normals are likely going to 0 in ParametricBufferGeometry for degenerate parameterizations.

E.g., sphere $\langle x,y,z \rangle = \langle \sin u \cos v, \sin u \cos v, \cos u \rangle$ has this problem at north pole.

Update the url params processor to set the scale correctly.

Make a nice front page for the various demos.

This is as much an organizational problem as anything. It would be great to make it dynamic, so when demos are added, it is easily (or automatically) updated.

Needs investigation.

Make a user-option for axes scale.

Try x(u,v) = u cox(v)
on surfint.

Include which tab, if any, is open when encoding URL.

Make one css file for all demos and move it to base.
This involves a good bit of code simplification. @id and @class attributes need re-thinking and re-working.

Make the transition smooth to a new scale.
Note, the objects themselves don't change for the most part. It's just a camera move and redrawing of the axes and grid. The former is easy to do, but the latter requires some design decisions.
One idea: animate the grid change and camera move but have the old axes and labels fade out and the new fade in so you only have to do it one.
