the conversion tool isnt working when i press the "convert" button

i have imported:
the avatar unitypackage
vrcsdk3.0
dynamicbones 1.2.2
PhysBone-Converter

When I try to use Dynamic bone container the converter will not appear at the top tool bar and instead give an error that says the following: "the type or namespace name 'DynamicBonePlaneCollider' could not be found."

This is probably me missing some obvious detail, but I have imported the package through both the Assets method and the dragging method and have tried redoing so before and after restarting unity. I'd appreciate any help regarding this, regardless of how simple it is. Thanks

If i import the package, it gives me an error in the consol saying: that "The type or namespace name 'DynamicBoneColliderBase' could not be found" how do i fix this?
