Seatbelt

/seatbelt - handle this with the F1 key like it used to be.
This was added in the latest build update.

spikes

Have to update the scripting from /spikes to /spikes and /rspikes

paystate

Will need to update this with the correct process that is required for paying state debt on SOE

Engine On

/engine on and /engine off will need to be looked at for turning the engine on and off. This was also previously assigned to F9 by default. Which if I recall correctly is the hotkey used for the in-game MDT. I changed this to F7 for the default settings. I will have to look at the script to make sure that it has the on/off settings, since they are required on SOE.

Try to create a command that is similar to this one but fully with soe information.

Spotlight

The following commands should be handled through a hotkey press or combination.
'/spotlight' - Toggles the forward spotlight on or off.
'/spotlight left' - Enables the left facing spotlight
'/spotlight right' - Enables the right facing spotlight

Note that the first command will turn off all spotlights if any of them are on. This will require identifying if any of the F keys are used within SOE that can be used within this.
