Initial creation of the GLRP autohotkey script for police work. Use the previously learned information from the SOE/NDG versions.

Need something to handle the following, will need to add more leo commands as I run into them, for commonly used.
/haz - Vehicle traffic adviser
/tk - forward facing takedown lights
/drag - drags and individual
/putin - puts individual into a vehicle
/takeout - removes person from vehicle
/status - Sets your status?

Identify the keys that are already used within GLRP from the screenshot that I gathered. To prevent the doubling of hotkeys.

Digging a little further into this. It seems the groupings of charges don't really have specific values in the higher offenses. More so that they have blanket maximums. Also since the F6 menu is used to apply any fines or jail/arrest time. You don't really see the syntax of the back end. This makes the generation of the /arrest or /fine pretty pointless.

This may come to the point where it would only provide minimal /me assistance instead of anything else.
