Starting from 6|2
there is an issue.
In the start of line, an additional ए has come (in HTML itself).
^ए
captures them all.
Almost all of them are errors.

Changing it to ''

Velthuis encoding "s=श.
This causes problem when the quotation starts with 's'.

e.g.

input
sati
"sici v.rddhi.h" ityaadau
SLP1 conversion
sati Sici vfdDiH" ityAdO
Devanagari conversion
सति शिचि वृद्धिः" इत्यादौ

Whereas it should have been सति "सिचि वृद्धिः" इत्यादौ.

It seems that the base file which I have missed the vowels following "n (ङ) while conversion.
This is an irreversible loss. Not sure how to recover them other than enumeration.

e.g.
"nkaare "ntkaaryaai.ni bhavanti
ङकारे ङित्कार्याणि भवन्ति should be the output. But I don't have input, how can I reach output.
