Strange behavior with pagination

Describe the bug (Опишите баг) The pagination not work correctly

To Reproduce (Как воспроизвести, по шагам) Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Set "Number of boxes per page (for pagination)", for example 1 box for page

2. In my case, the rack contains 6 file

3. in the rack, view the pagination

21 pages? wow =D

This is one of more strange behavior, if set different pagination, non work correclty.

* Database Type: MySQL
* Database Version: 5.7.28
* PHP Version: 8.1.1
* SMF Version: 2.1.4

Custom action not work correctly

If change the action, not work with the menu in reception

To Reproduce (Как воспроизвести, по шагам)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change action value
  2. View reception
  3. The menu's URL (Reception, My boxes, Sorting area) not correct
