When loading a system image that has already booted the disk labels do not update. This is because they are only updated when the image reads or writes sector 0. In Pascal the Filer Volume command rereads the lif labels causing them to be updated in the right hand panel. A fix could be to directly extract the label from the unix disk image file when opening it.

Whenever the HPL operating system tries to access the 9121 drive the system hangs and the 9121 activity annunciator remains lit.
