Hello there 👋

Hello, I'm a student at the University of Lübeck doing my Master's of Computer Science currently. I'm interested in creating well-designed and helpful things with aesthetic qualities. Other interests of mine include gaming, baking cakes and gardening. My interesting projects are pinned in my profile but here's also a list of some:

No-permission users shouldn't be allowed to do anything

Users that don't log in shouldn't be allowed to do anything, just view and add messages. (basically, the teachers who're just reporting problems.) Also, some other quirks and the direction/details of the permission system have to be settled.

Message input page doesn't actually work

It currently doesn't save form input of new messages to the database.

Highlighting of message counts on index page

The highlighting of important higher concentrations of messages of a single type and status on the index page has to be fixed. Higher counts should be highlighted but in a reasonable relation to the total amount of colored fields.

Use Bootstrap alerts where possible!

These alerts can be used instead of colored text: http://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/components/alerts/

Changing more attributes of messages

Users with high permission should be able to change more attributes of a message than just it's status and assignee.

Message input page should be more user friendly

Currently, the message input page isn't very user-friendly. Teachers who have no idea should be able to add new messages with little effort or technical knowledge.

Code needs to be commented where necessary or ambiguous

Currently, there are almost no comments throughout the project except in util.php, but only a few there.

Daily Mail with current things to work on for high permission users

Send mail to all admins with unsolved messages (essentially messages.php for each admin). Like a daily newsletter.
