drag a row to the botton and keep expanding and unexpanding the last row

When the first visible item of the list is not the first item in the adapter (meaning the user has scrolled) and the first vis item starts to be dragged, the second vis item does not expand so the whole list jumps up one step

if drag a row down a couple of rows then release then tap on say two rows above it will nealry always hide the row below for a second!

when dragging a row to the bottom it will become tiny

when in landscape dragging the floating row will not hide other rows

if you start a drag and release over the same position the view will flicker. Similar to the fixed issue with starting a drag in #2

The drag view added to the window will not draw until the drag movement starts, this results in the ACTION DOWN action hiding the row but it not being drawn until ACTION MOVE

when dragging
