Installation requirements

module load miniconda/22.11.1-1

conda create --name forecastskill python=3.10

conda init bash

conda activate forecastskill
conda install numpy
conda install pandas
conda install matplotlib

pip install numpyro

Installation

Install Arhdfapy with the following command:

pip install git+https://github.com/donga0223/arhdfapy/

Usage

To import the Arhdfapy utility functions, run the following command afer installing the package:

from archdfa import ARCHDFA

avoid ARCH terminology

We decided to drop the "C" to avoid use of ARCH which has a specific meaning in time series modeling, but the C is still there in the python module name and class
