mentat005/anatomical_mri$ cp -r /home/common/anatomical_mri/61978 .
mentat005/anatomical_mri$ module load bidscoin
You can now run bidscoin/3.0.8 functions if you activate this bidscoin-environment with:

    source activate /opt/bidscoin

For more information see:

    module help bidscoin

then it is due to my installation, differences in file permissions, or it has been resolved in the code base in the mean time. No reason to follow up, it does not bother me anymore.
