Hi,

I am very interested with baltic to make a beautiful tangle tree. I saw this kind of tree in some papers (e.g.Dudas, G., Bedford, T., Lycett, S., & Rambaut, A. (2014). Reassortment between Influenza B Lineages and the Emergence of a Coadapted PB1–PB2–HA Gene Complex. Molecular Biology and Evolution, 32(1), 162–172. ). But it was difficult to repeat the results for me(I am a fresher and learning now) even with the tutorial here https://github.com/evogytis/baltic/blob/master/austechia.ipynb. I always meet some errors.
So, could you please make a tutorial about tangle tree? it’s hard to find out a 2nd package or software to make such beautiful tangle tree(multiple trees, trees>2).
During the tangle tree marking, is baltic doing some statistics calculations when linking the tips name on the different trees?
