The ball can go through a player if it moves fast enough
Description
When matter.js bodies move at a sufficiently high speed, there is a high probability that they will go through each other. This is related to issue #5 on the matter.js repository. This issue has been open since early 2014, so I do not have confidence that it will be resolved any time soon.
In short, the issue is that matter.js does not have continuous collision detection (CCD).
Solution
My solution will be to replace the current physics engine (Matter) with either P2 or Box2D, as both of these already have working implementations of CCD.
