Add creation of symbols from nodes in ASC format.

After handling corner nodes etc ogdf graph should be updated, redrawn and only then saved to svg file.

Use ogdf to create layout of netlist.

Somehow manage to draw symbols instead of black squares when exporting to svg. No idea how it should be done right now. To be done after all basic functionalities work fine.

For voltage nodes (directional nodes) rotation by 180 is relevant, so while parsing line_views storing information about polarization needs to be stored and then used in rotation calculation.

Only consider name fields, for p0 and p1 #2

Ground node needs separate component_type and separate handling in drawing nodes.

Layout may put some of component nodes on corners. Those nodes needs to be moved together with neighbors DotPoint nodes
because only DotPoint nodes can be in the corners. Assume that only 2-terminal component nodes are possible. During node traversing also set proper rotation for each node.
