Currently this will create a gap.

For example, this

		/**
	| 	 *
	 	 */

Will result in

		/**
		
	 	 *
	 	 */

Such as

/*!
 * ...
 */

Automatically add a closing */ if you go to a new line from the start of a comment.

For example

	/**|

Would give

	/**
	|*/

This should not extend the above comment. For example

This

	/**
	 * 
	 |

Gives:

	/**
	 * 
	 * 
	 |

Instead of

	/**
	 * 
	 
	 |

It appears that VS now adds asterisk in some situations? Not sure if this is VS itself or some other extension i have.

This:

/**|*/

Now results in:

/**
 * |*/

Some languages seem to already support this (C#), however others don't (C++). It would be nice if we could detect this and disable or override for the languages that already support this.
