Currently bootstrap or config files must return a config array. To make it possible to register this configuration within a dependency injection container it must be possible to have a bootstrap file returning an instance containing the configuration to be used within the console commands.

CustomFieldsEventSubscriber::prepare should check the existence of custom_fields

This only occurs when the default custom fields are used .

list() will assign variable from left-to-right since PHP 7.0. Ensure all variables in list() are unique to prevent unexpected result

When one option is added using optionsFull without setting a value for id. This option is added (when all existing options are sent too).
If more than one new option is added, just the last entry is added.

To overcome this problem the new options can use a negative integer as id.
