To have a Github Action workflow that takes in video ID and langcode to setup a metadata file

Since this is technically a derivative work from original speakers, a way to explicitly allow or disallow would be great.

A button on page to quickly setup an Github Issue or Google Form.

Providing email for speakers to mail to.

So upon recent usage, I feel like I'm needing a quick access link back to where the text is said in the video.

To have a time code with hyperlink at the start of every sentence.

Worst case scenario simply change the parser to show timecode alone
