Able to make snapshots by reading in from a config file

Will require some creativity because a lot of this program is interacting with the system.

needs to grab remote snapshots and determine newest one, needs to determine newest snapshot on remote, try a send to remote, verify that send worked

Otherwise it is a little too hard to find specific events

Need to take into account the ways people might use their remote backups. For example, I use some of mine as read-only NFS mounts so others can access certain files - like photos.

Have the logs rotate daily (and maybe delete biweekly?) instead of becoming insanely huge

Use JSON so that a script could quickly figure out what happened and send an email.

This is in addition to the current human-readable log

change print statements to the right logging level

AND set up log file so you don't have to do the bootleg thing you're doing with bash and cron
