Signets should highlight the Signet Active and Signet passive part.

I was looking through the guides and noticed in some places the plain text version of a skill name is used i.e:

<Skill name="We heal as one"/>

Looking at #241 I found discretize.eu/editor/ids which looks like it has all the values bundled into the JS loaded on the page.

I could not find any reference to the list of plain text values in any of the public repo's (which is totally fine).

I was hoping you could confirm that the Skill component used in the *.md files is a private component which references a private list of those plain text values and that it is not publicly available (primarily so I can stop looking for it).

API is missing tooltip.
