Add HTML5 pushState support, fallback to hash if browser does not support it.

Hi,

I want to use this carbogrid to manage my users, however I'm not sure how to go 
around with passwords.
My passwords are encrypted using my own hash & salt function. How can I call 
this function to a specific row before updating it?

I would also like the text entered in a password field to be masked rather than 
plain-text, is this possible?

If the field is left empty when updating, the password should not be set to a 
blank one (obviously), is this possible?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If you change the language from English do not work most of the dialog

I suspect is the value in hidden field into Dialog (cg-hidden-command)

- Add go to page text input
- Instead of page size select display text input to be able to specify any page 
size

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when I want to define a command that will redirect to another page it is not 
working !!
for example when I want to overrite add button command like this :

$command['add']['type'] = 'url';
$command['add']['url'] = 'http://www.google.com';
---------------
it is not working at all and do nothing !!!

so what is the problem and how to fix it ?!!

Add setting to enable/disable vertical and horizontal scrolling inside the 
grid. On vertical scrolling use fixed headers.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. go to http://code.google.com/p/carbogrid/downloads/list
2. download and extract
3. there is no 'sample' folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i have uploaded all files and made configuration changes in readme.txt and when 
i browse to mysite.com/carbogrid_folder/ and then click on the 'Single grid' 
link i get a 404 error:

The requested URL /carbogrid_folder/index.php/sample/single was not found on 
this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please provide any additional information below.

can anyone tell me if this is an error or should i be downloading the 'sample' 
folder from elsewhere?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a number to move to the next page on the single grid


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Page should load the next set of data.  Is stuck on the lightbox screen with 
'loading' image, and never loads the next set of data
