Hi,

thanks for this useful NestJS library.

I am running into an issue with the event hub server after upgrading NestJS to "@nestjs/common": "8.0.6".

File: monorepo-libs-main\packages\nestjs-azure-eventhub\src\microservices\eventhub-server.ts

Line 90: this.logger.setContext(EventHubServer.name);

Error: Property 'setContext' does not exist on type 'LoggerService'.ts(2339)

In NestJS, setContext was removed on commit 6043520 on May 14
