100% CPU usage

Using ikec like this...

ikec -r confFile -u User -p Password -a > /dev/null 2>&1 &

...it causes 100% CPU usage.

The problem persists using docker-ike-vpn-client image (and other images on dockerhub).
Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and Ubuntu 21.20 ... same results.

So... according to this topic if you run ikec in the background with a pseudo tty using screen the problem disappear...

screen -dmS "ikec-vpn"  ikec -r confFile

I've created PR #1.

Using that solution on my own image 100% CPU usage issue disappear
