Sorry, I don't mean that the issues are related. Only the steps needed for reproducibility (i.e. post seed and save file).

This bug seems to be caused by compiler optimizations. Using VC++, the debug build works fine, but the release build has the same problem. This should make it easier to track down, since it's usually caused by the stack being filled with a debug trap.

I tested this with Debug profile (Not debug flag) in Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition (15.7.0) and the bug still exists.
