Android测试网速的APP
把2个开源代码整合了一下，然后改改了。组成了这个利用多线程下载的测试demo，默认是5个线程同时下载任务，MainActivity里可以配置
由于多线程下载 一次分块后没有后续的调度 为了保证满线程负载下拿速度 所以下载源比较大 而且只测15秒
