After turning on Social Media Blocker:

To install the extension, follow these steps:

1. Download the extension files to your computer.
2. Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
3. Enable Developer mode by toggling the switch in the upper right corner.
4. Click on the "Load unpacked" button and select the downloaded extension folder.

The extension will be installed and ready to use.
