Doing a mic check always makes me feel stupid. We should have a pre-written "Lorem Ipsum" script to read out.

Depending on venue people will need to:

• Connect to Wifi
• Maybe have to use Bluetooth
• Need to know how to use a mic effectively

Consider adding guidelines covering:

• What a decent introduction to yourself is
• How to respond to a question
• Maybe stay away from questions this is NOT a forum for
• Why it's important to check in with us before the meetup
  That sort of thing

Paul brought up a good point about having a backup presentation from the organisers in case someone drops out.

Could use Buffer for this?

Currently we do no QC on presentations. We need to establish a timeline by when we expect things like:

• An enumeration of your presentation
• When we have presenters lined up (e.g: 2 weeks before the date of the meetup)
