Reads from a csv file using basic Linux system calls (open, close, read, and write). Operates on this date, saves the results to a file, and also writes the content saved to the file to stdout. fork() and waitpid() system calls are used so that half the file is handled by a child process, and half by the parent.

Uses currency rates API to perform conversion and comparison tasks

Has the follwing functions:

getLatestRates- returns a JSON string that is a response to a latest rates query. The Json string will have the attributes: rates, base and date (yyyy-mm-dd).
changeBase- Converts currency from one base to another for a given date.
printAscending- Prints rates of all currencies in increasing order
extremeFridays- Given a start date and an end date, tells on which friday was currency the strongest and on which was it the weakest.
