This error indicates that you were not able to reach Rings servers:
Failed to reach Ring server at https://app.ring.com/api/v1/mode/location/ce17aef5-0708-45ca-8799-cd7a5b6cbb65
This likely means there was an issue with your internet, or possibly that Ring was having some issues on there end. Nothing to be done at the plugin level to fix it.
Please see https://github.com/dgreif/ring/wiki/Camera-Troubleshooting for more advice on fixing streaming issues
from ring.
