Need to update code to account for the following changes since the code was written and tested:

• Read replicas (might not have tested)
  -- An error occurred (InvalidDBInstanceState) when calling the StopDBInstance operation: Cannot stop or start a Read-Replica instance
• aurora-mysql DB instances (change in behavior - suspect this has to be called at the cluster level)
  -- Good to know the different Aurora engines are now behaving differently.
  -- Guess I'll have to start documenting this in commercial as well as the isolated regions
  -- An error occurred (InvalidParameterCombination) when calling the StopDBInstance operation: aurora-mysql DB instances are not eligible for stopping and starting.
