What special libraries do I need?
You need:

numpy for loading the data
sunpy if you'd like to visualize things the way space physics people like to see them

Unsure what sunpy is being used for in this repo, but without headers these can't be put in to sunpy maps, see this issue: sunpy/sunpy#4447.

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to write this but I don't know elsewhere. But from there link above when I try to make data it's always shows this: This page isn’t working for a few days now. Anyone knows why? Thanks

Hi,
I have downloaded the file "AIA_0335_201802" from https://purl.stanford.edu/nk828sc2920 and I put the data file in the same folder of the code [vis_demo.py], but it seems not working and I get this error:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/y/fouhey/SDO_MINI//join.csv'
Even if I changed the path directory I can't find the join.csv file.

Can you please mention how to run the code and visualize the data?

There seems to be of the order of 10k missing observations in the range 2011 to 2018. Is this inherited from the large DB?
