Hi, GitHub recommended your repository to me. I'm not really sure what it does, but it looks like you've got a lot of python code for research purposes. I'm sure it will be useful for any downstream users if it can be installed with pip. This can be done with a few short steps - reorganizing the code in the src/ directory, adding setup.cfg and setup.py, and using python entrypoints to make your main.py script reusable. Would you be willing to accept a PR for this?

• I saw you've got configuration for an anaconda environment, but this isn't typically useful for people who want to reuse your code. It's a great first step, though!
