just-build should return the failed exit code, otherwise a ci build can fail on a later step which is unexpected.

We wan't to use just-buid for packaging angular modules. Where the local bin forwards to a scoped package @angular/cli.

The script at src/which-local.js#L41 only uses the first part of the splitted path.

This results to a error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ~\node_modules\@angular\package.json.

The path needs to be ~\node_modules\@angular\cli\package.json

Workaround
use node node_modules/@angular/cli/bin/ng

Maybe you could consider externalizing the json script for just build like .just-build
Reason: there are already alot of other scripts cluttering up package.json. Could really do with one less. Thanks
