UTF magic coding forces codestrap to skip ERB files

Codestrap skips ERB files when adding "magic" encoding comments...

RVM paths clash with omnibus packages

RVM dynamically changes the path of package files. This causes a clash with the omnibus full stack installer which comes packaged with its own ruby and gem paths.

Symlink /usr/bin/strap fails to create on OSX

Symlink fails to generate when placed in /usr/bin/strap. Moving link to /usr/local/bin/strap.

Uninstall previous version on installation

Installer should prompt to uninstall previously installed package.

README needs update

After Step 2.
export PATH=$HOME/.codestrap/bin:$PATH

Link to CODESTRAP.md file points to BOILERPLATE.md

Initialise $HOME/.codestrap

Directories should be initialised if missing, instead of a stack trace error message.

Codestrapfile syntax error readable display

Replace stack trace errors for Codestrapfile to a human readable format

Add PATH=$HOME/.codestrap/bin to $HOME/.profile or equivalent on initialisation

When "strap [-g|--generate]" is run, Codestrap should append "export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.codestrap/bin" to $HOME/.profile or equivalent for the running shell.
