Hi @dewancse, since you have recently published your paper on MDT, it would be good to have an official release for it, and maybe update the installation information accordingly (see issue #8).

Hi @dewancse, I can see from your readme that MDT is released under the MIT license, but it would be good to have the MIT license in the repository.

We should document the process to deploy this tool to Nectar, including how to update the image when changes are made.

Hi @dewancse, I just followed your instructions to get MDT running, but I think a step is missing. In other words, I think your steps should be:

git clone https://github.com/dewancse/model-discovery-tool
cd model-discovery-tool
docker build -f Dockerfile -t unique-name/mdt-nginx .
docker run -p 49160:80 -d unique-name/mdt-nginx

The documentation link currently sends the user to the readme for the Epithelial Modelling Platform github repository, should probably point to this repo instead.

We should revert the nginx config to the default port now that we are live and remove the need to use port 8181 in the URL we want to distribute and get people to use.

I think simply removing this line from nginx.conf should work:

listen       8181;

along with corresponding updates in the README.
