Are there any plans to add support for the Magic 1 (homeplug) and Magic 2 (g.hn) devices?

I've successfully built openwrt 18.06.01 for the dlan-pro-1200-ac with dlan-openwrt and the MT2675 PIB & NVM driver from firmware.QCA9882-v2.2.0_2018-07-26.dv and installed this on the white non-pro version.

While it boots fine and LAN and Wireless both work I am having trouble getting PLC to work. All commands appear to give an immediate 'read timeout or network error'.

For example:

Is it possible for this device to be supported?
Would it require further changes to OpenWRT or should the pro target be suitable?

Any idea what would cause the Read timeout error?

The plc init.d script fails to start in OpenWRT 18.06 with the following error:

root@OpenWrt:/etc/config# /etc/init.d/plc start /etc/rc.common: /etc/init.d/plc: line 14: ar71xx_board_name: not found /etc/rc.common: .: line 16: can't open '/lib/firmware/plc//fwconfig': No such file or directory

The cause is this commit: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/lede-commits/2017-December/005265.html which removed the board-specific board name functions and replaced them with a generic one.

The script should now call board_name() which will return the content of /tmp/sysinfo/board_name which is dlan-pro-1200-ac

We are evaluating dLAN 1200+ WiFi ac for an EV project where we need openwrt support. We found some resources about support, but it seems outdated or not actively maintained. Are there any investigations from devolo to support this product (or any other dlan product) with OpenWRT?

I've compiled a firmware with .pib and .nvm in /feeds/dlan/dlan-fw/qca/dlan-pro-1200-ac/

The PLC interface still down. I see "plc" in services and I can start it, and see "running" in its status... but it isn't working (the PLC Led is off too).

Any clue to debug this?
