Instalação das dependências

$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Rodando a aplicação localmente

$ python manage.py runserver

Se você está usando Vagrant.

$ python manage.py runserver [::]:8000

ou simplesmente executar o arquivo local.sh usando o seguinte comando:

$ sh local.sh
