Cant install libary in an gradle 2.3 app

Below error throws in Anroid Lenovo K8 plus having Android version : 8.0.0

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to start activity ComponentInfo{co.****.***/com.devs.acr.ErrorReporterActivity}: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Only fullscreen opaque activities can request orientation

in ErrorReporterActivity.java file

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Only fullscreen opaque activities can request orientation at android.app.Activity.onCreate(Activity.java:991) at com.devs.acr.ErrorReporterActivity.onCreate(ErrorReporterActivity.java:22) at android.app.Activity.performCreate(Activity.java:6984) at android.app.Instrumentation.callActivityOnCreate(Instrumentation.java:1235)

JFrog just announced that they'll be shutting down JCenter:

Key dates are:

February 28th: No more submissions will be accepted to Bintray, JCenter
May 1st: Bintray, JCenter services will no longer be available
Hence AutoCrashReporter should also be migrated to another maven repository like Maven central.

i am trying to use this in my Android application but is is showing the mentioned issue.

Issue:-
Could not find com.devs:acr:1.0.1.
Required by:
project :app

Please provide me the solution.

It cannot generate crash error report I try many times but failed. After click on Crash Error button it take long time than shows two button Close App and Wait. But cannot generate crash error report.
