First step to support LINQ feature for DeveelDB is to implement a provider that converts into SQL statements to be executed on the database.

The initial (and unfinished) implementation is based on IQToolkit that has the following limitations:

• It requires the call of a DbConnection instance from the ADO.NET model (other than re-implement 90% of the features)
• It does not support the PCL model (when using the DbConnection features of IQToollkit.Data)
• The minimum target to the platform is .NET 4.5

It is possible to continue using IQToolkit fixing some of the issues above by recompiling a branched version of the core library, targeting PCL and .NET 3.5, anyway, IQToolkit.Data cannot be ported, so it is required to re-implement many of the features already provided by the contributed library
