RESTful endpoints that provides ocr service on image files supporting 3 languages eng, fra, spa - tesseract ocr engine.
Endpoints return OCR of image files. Using google's tesseract OCR engine - here. Images files maybe in 3 different languages, seperate endpoint for each language
1. english - eng
2. french - fra
3. spanish - spa
(use 'https' scheme for swagger)
1. MUST HAVE DOCKER INSTALLED

./setup.sh dev
2. TO VISIT ENDPOINT LOCALLY
http://127.0.0.1:5002/api/v1/docs
change default endpoint of /api/v1/ocr == /api/v1/ocr/english to only /api/v1/ocr/english
remove default
ocr endpoint not working because the endpoints are on seperate blueprint which needs to be passed into CORS function
