This miner only supports getwork, so what is a working getwork-supporting pool?

How come this is GPL and could it be released under a more permissive license?

Has anyone been able to get this to work? I cloned it. After clicking start nothing happens.

I try to use hamiyoca to mine bitcoins with my friends on ghash.io or bitcoin.cz .
If I put the direct url and data to the mining pool in credentials.class.php it doesnt work.

I also tried to use https://github.com/slush0/stratum-mining-proxy with following data in
credentials.class.php:
$url = "localhost";
$port = "8332";
$username = "TBone.worker1";
$password = "...";

For stratum-mining-proxy I use following options:
--host stratum.bitcoin.cz --port 3333

stratum-mining-proxy can connect to the mining pool and doesnt throw any errors.
It shows that there are new jobs and shares are submitted.
But it doesnt work too. (No data on mining pool)

I dont know if there is a problem with the data from the hamiyoca script or
if there is a problem with the communictaion between client side - stratum proxy - mining pool.

Does anyone know how to do it right?
What is the problem?

There are 3 options right now.

1. casual way
2. Web-workers
3. Web-GL
   In first case I got ~1000 hashes/s
   In second case about 100'000 hashes /s
   In third I saw 1000 hashes/s
   Should I multiple this number by 1024 threads? which results about a million hashes/s.

Or it's smth wrong with my macbook and 1000 hashes/s with WebGL is total value?
Cause if it's true, it means that Web-Workers are dozens of times faster than WebGL.
But web-workers are running on CPU, while WebGL use GPU.

1. Where I can put the message in your code to hash the message in sha256 e.g the message is abc
   and the hash-256 of the message is ba7816bf8f01cfea414140de5dae2223b00361a396177a9cb410ff61f20015ad?
2. What is the purpose of these variables in your code: data, midstate, hash1, hash, target?
3. Why in your code you did twice reset and update, one for midstate and data, the other is for hash, because in the sequential code, I saw it only once, and this is the reference of the sequential code.
4. What is the purpose of the function toRGBA?
5. Do you an email to reach you instead of posting message on github.

Hi ! I've just test the script and it's working perfectly !
I have a question, is the script compatbile sha256d version ? i know the bitcoin use sha256d but i can't tell if your script use it.

If it doesn't, it would really help if you integrated the "d" version of sha256 to make the script compatible with Bitcoin
