This Email campaign analysis was carried out to determine the factors responsible for the low email open rate, and signup rate of mail recipients.
Problem Statement: Thousands of campaign emails are sent to prospective customers with few customer opening the email. Of the customers who open the email, a tiny fraction ended up signing up for the advertised services.
Aim: The aim of this analysis is to determine the factors responsible for low open and conversion rate using exploratory data analysis while using machine learning models to explain the impact of each variable.
