Fix collisions in the feat/improve-collision-detection branch.

Update the Readme according to the current implementation of the included game elements. Can be overall implementations, controls or general implementation details.

As the title says, create a contributing.md file for the sake of this repository. The rules written in this file should tell a user how coding conventions and general guidelines can be used to contribute to this repository.

The current implementation of the ggez engine does set certain limits to current versions of the used nphysics2d library. For stability purpose, a refactor to the Kiss3d engine would be great since it is made by the same developer who developed on the nphyscis2d engine. (but also open for other suggestions)
