VenusLoop lessons learned and improvements

  1. Take the emergency transaction functions (both regular call and delegate call) from AaveLoop
  2. Take the manager role from CompoundLoop
  3. Make sure important functions like exitPosition return a value so we can run them with call to simulate what they return - for example exitPosition will tell us how much money we would get if we exit now
  4. Exit position should be as tight as possible (use all available liquidity in every iteration), also add from CompoundLoop the ability to multiple by fraction so this can be controlled in real time
  5. Export internal function for withdraw + replay atomically
  6. Don't use Ownable anymore to prevent owner from accidentally renouncing ownership
  7. Make Owner immutable
