Hi! I see you are maintaining this fork updated. Just wondering if you added something for using subqueries in orderBy such as

->orderByRaw("
   CASE
        WHEN name LIKE '".trim($request->search)."' THEN 1
        WHEN name LIKE '".trim($request->search)."%' THEN 2
        WHEN name LIKE '%".trim($request->search)."' THEN 4
        ELSE 3
   END")

Currently, if you try to use subqueries you get array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values!
There is a related issue in official Laravel git laravel/framework#38447
