Visualise List of existing colonies that new user can join (if whitelisted by the owner)

For now each colony should include:
Name
Colony address
Members count

In the future:
Brief Description
Colony Logo

Currently fund capitalization and token price information is very uninformative. It would be useful to have separate screen displaying real-time fund portfolio balance with tokens and their balances.

I'm attaching aragon ui section representation.

We need to create screen to create external screen with additional options (minimum amount of specified tokens to stake in order to assign to task, etc)

@TurboUrbo we need screen description to pass further to design

Component should include the following input fields:

Colony name
Token Name
Token Symbol

Or import existing colony (here we ask for the address of the colony)

• Store domains in SC
• Sync domains on backend
• On tipping if task is not present create new task
• Evaluate current period user balance

Add the third column "Balance" to the list of members. The balance of DF token (%) each member will be placed in front of ETH address
