The maven-svn-revision-number-plugin cannot handle Subversion 1.7 clients 
(first released Oct 11, 2011).

This plugin has been updated under a different artifactId:

Upgrading to the latest svn-revision-number-maven-plugin fixes the build for 
Subversion 1.7 clients (see attached patch).
