Had an idea regarding this that I need to test and then dev. The idea is we only mark the end of a list item, that way I can move up the chain working out where the list items begin in a separate call after creating the deltas.
Not keen on the idea at the moment but it seems to be the best way of allowing different delta types within a list item, it also means minimal changes to the rest of the parsing code.

Simplest solution to this looks like it will be the best solution...I need to support child deltas. When the insert and bold deltas are seen as children the problem goes away, also puts me on the way to supporting nested lists.
I'm going to make this scenario work in v3.13.1 and then looking at correctly support child deltas, that will probably do away with the requirement for the Compound* deltas.
